ADJUSTABLE FOR DIFFERENT DRILLS: The ladders rungs slide up and down the nylon rope to make it the gaps whatever size you need. One drill we recommend is to space the first 6 rungs close together and the last 6 slightly further apart. Focus on sharp, precise, lateral movements for the first half, then explode through the second half working on your power and pace.
